SHIPPING

Items that are in stock typically ship by the next business day. You will receive tracking information from us when the shipment is scheduled. If it will take a little more time before shipping, we will let you know.

Your shipping total is calculated and displayed when you add an item to the cart. We ship our products via USPS. Small packages are sent via USPS First-Class and large packages are shipped via USPS Parcel Select Ground. Typically it will take 2-5 days for your item to arrive once it is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally! Unfortunately for most orders we cannot afford to do this free of charge.

If you place an order to ship outside the US, we will send you an additional shipping invoice to cover the added cost. At that time if you do not wish to continue with your order, we will be happy to give you a full refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you have received an item which is defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order information, and a photograph of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.

REFUNDS

Change your mind? Not happy? That's ok, we understand! If you'd like a refund, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. You can follow our item return process and return your item to us in new, unused condition for a full refund. Please see Returns for more information.

You may return your item in new, unused condition for a full refund of the amount which you paid at the time of purchase, minus the cost of return shipping. Upon arrival of your return, we can issue your refund in one of two ways:

  • Store Credit
  • Original Payment Refund

RETURNS

We will gladly accept return on items in new, unused condition. You may return your item for a full refund of the amount which you paid at purchase, minus the cost of return shipping. If you need to return an object, please contact us with your name and order information within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and Curioganic Return Authorization Form that must be filled out and included in your package.

  • The Curioganic Return Authorization Form should be included in the package.
  • Returned goods are the buyer's responsibility until they reach our mailbox. Please make sure returns are packaged properly so they are not damaged in transit.
  • Upon arrival, your return will be inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited back to buyer's choice of original method of payment, or store credit within 7 days of arrival of the item. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee our products to be free of detects in materials or craftsmanship. Please understand that with any wooden product, there are variations and character which occur naturally in the material. However, we will do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
